Tatum Ranch is a master planned private golf community in the Town of Cave Creek Arizona (zip code 85331) surrounding the Tatum Ranch Golf Club in the Northeast Valley of Metro Phoenix. The community consists of 3,400 homes and five different commercial sites. Since its initial development phase in 1988, Tatum Ranch now encompasses 30 neighborhoods, three of which are gated, built by a variety of well-known builders.
